We currently try to ship globally and in a reasonable amount of time, relying on a fulfillment network scattered across the planet. We are doing our best to ensure widest availability possible. If you are among the few countries currently not supported, it might be a good idea to check back later and see if you have more luck.
Shipping cost will be automatically calculated during checkout, depending on your location and the country of origin and print provider of your chosen product(s).
Please be aware that both combining products shipped from multiple countries and print providers will impact shipping cost and result in multiple packages shipped to fulfill your order.
Delivery time will vary a lot, depending on what product you buy and where it is shipped from.
We have added a filter to all collections for the country of origin and printing provider, so you can get an idea of how far your order has to travel to reach your neck of the woods.
Therefore please allow anywhere between 7-14 days for production, handling and shipping and be aware that, in some cases, it might take longer than that.
We will automatically send you a tracking number for your order, if it is supported by your chosen print provider. If you did not receive a tracking number with your delivery confirmation, your order unfortunately did not support tracking.
Replacements & Refunds
All products in the store are so-called Print on demand (POD) items, meaning they will be individually printed for you automatically after the order is placed.
This means we can not accept returns based on ordering the wrong size, color or item by accident. All orders are therefore final and non-refundable.
If your item has a faulty print or arrives damaged, we will refund you in full or send a replacement, depending on your preference (see details below).
We will refund you in full or send a free replacement if:
- Your order arrived damaged
- Your order has printing errors
- You received the wrong product
We will not refund or send replacements if:
- You ordered the wrong item, size or color by accident
- You ordered the wrong number of items
- You decided you do not want the product anymore after ordering
- You made a mistake entering your shipping address
Any claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received in order to qualify for a refund or replacement.
To claim your refund or request a replacement item please send us the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you as soon as possible:
- Your Order ID (see order confirmation or invoice)
- The full title(s) of the affected product(s)
- A clear photo and short description of the damage or printing errors
- Your choice of free replacement or full refund
We will usually process your request and get back to you within 1-2 business days.
Why no PolyDoge payments?
We obviously plan on accepting PolyDoge in the PolyDoge Store ASAP - but we want to do it the right way! Please understand that considerations like technical integration, automatic conversion, tax laws, invoicing and paying for fulfillment in fiat make this a very complex task.
Rest assured we are already working on a solution for plug & play eCommerce integration that will hopefully not only enable us, but everyone to easily accept PolyDoge payments some day.
What happens to the profits?
The plan is to run this store non-profit style and use it to benefit the entire community. After the cost of running the store is recouped, all profits will be converted to PolyDoge and pooled to pay for community events, sourcing new merch and promoting the PolyDoge brand.
Why is product X not available in my region?
We are striving to bring you the widest range of products possible, limited only by our current distribution network. As this store grows, so will our opportunities to improve availability by adding new fulfillment partners.
